This text is an initial reference version. It should be reviewed by a legal professional before the site goes live.
These conditions govern the use of this website. The details of each project are agreed separately, in the corresponding proposal.
Scope of this site
This site is informational: it presents OptifAI's services and offers ways to get in touch. The information published here is not a contractual offer or a commitment to provide services.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form creates no obligation for either party. Quotes are prepared individually, at no cost, and set out scope, stages and conditions. A project is only considered agreed once both parties accept a specific proposal.
Delivery of services
The timelines, deliverables and responsibilities of each project are defined in the accepted proposal. Any time estimates published on this site are indicative and depend on scope, complexity and the availability of the information and access provided by the client.
Intellectual property
The contents of this site, including text, design and graphic elements, belong to OptifAI unless stated otherwise. Ownership of the code and materials developed for each client is defined in that project's individual agreement.
Third-party services
Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways or external APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and their availability is outside OptifAI's control.
Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will be available without interruption. OptifAI is not responsible for decisions taken solely on the basis of the informational content published here.
External links
This site may include links to third-party sites. We do not control their content or policies and accept no responsibility for them.
Applicable law
These conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith between the parties before other avenues are pursued.
Changes
We may amend these conditions at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, along with its update date.
